For best results read the ten steps below.

1. APPROVED SOFTWARE
   For best results, we highly recommend that you use industry standard graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Acrobat 7 PDF, Adobe InDesign CS3 or Quark Express 6. Note: If you don’t have the recommended software, please send an editable .eps file with all text converted to outlines.
2. FILE FORMAT
   We must be able to open your vector files (.eps or .ai) in Adobe Illustrator or open your raster files (.psd, .tif, .jpg) in Adobe Photoshop.
3. GRAPHIC RESOULTION
   We recommend setting your graphic resolution to 200 dpi. For large format printing 150 dpi is acceptable.
4. VECTOR FILES
   Vector files using a transparency may cause printing problems and that could delay your order. For best results flatten transparencies in any vector files.
5. PAGE LAYOUT
   The file that you submit should be proportional to your final print size. DO NOT include bleed in your file.
6. LINKED FILES
   If you have used an FPO (for placement only) in your project, please make sure you include the higher resolution image that is linked to your file. A linked file or support file must not be embedded.
7. FONTS ARE IMPORTANT
   Please send all fonts you used in your project even if they are industry standard fonts.
8. ART DIRECTION AND DEADLINE
   In order to meet your expectations, we need clear and concise directions about what you want and when you need it.
9. PROOFS
   Please send a JPG or TIFF proof of your order. This clarifies us that we are meeting your expectations.
10. COLOR MATCHING
    To ensure accurate color matching specify Pantone (PMS) colors. When Pantone equivalent colors are not available, proofs are strongly recommended.
11. FINAL FILES
    We prefer a RGB .tiff as a final file. In addition, your file should be scaled and cropped to the final size. Please send only the files you want printed. Extra images create confusion in our production department and it can delay your order.
12. FOLDER AND FILE NAMES
    Our server cannot accept folder and file names longer than 30 characters including the file extension.
